Additional Notes on Fees

1. 24hrs notice must be given if you wish to cancel an appointment. If less than 24hrs notice is given, the clinic reserves the right to charge 50% of the appointment fee.
2. Failure to arrive for a confirmed appointment without prior cancellation will automatically attract a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.
